
Polefitness
Polefitness is probably one of the most growing and popular sports now available internationally across the world. It is a sport that tests your strength, agility, co-ordination, mobility, flexibility and SO much more, it offers an opportunity to build strength you never new was possible and learn skills you never thought you'd beable to do. Our polefitness classes run Monday - Saturday (see timetable for more), we have a variety of different Polefitness class types

Mixed ability Polefitness - This is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced students, mixed ability is a open pole session, this means that as a student you will have the freedom to do what you want in the class, work on things you've been doing whilst still having the opportunity to learn new things from your instructor.

Improver/ Intermediate Polefitness - This class is suitable only for those on a higher beginner level staging into intermediate and those who are already intermediate/advanced. In this class you will be set moves and combinations to learn by the instructor. This class is perfect for those who are feeling more confident at pole and are wanting to challenge themselves, This class runs every Wednesday 7-8pm.

Structured Polefitness - This class is again, a mixed ability class, it is a structured session which means you will be set moves to do, however it will be mixed ability, this means that the moves taught by the instructor will be adapted to your level. This is suitable for both beginners and higher level students.
